Need Guidance

I am joining college this year for btech cse , i have been doing CF for around 1 month and my rating is now 900+

So i need some guidance regarding how , and where to study for competitive programming.

I often get stuck even at 1000 rated questions ,

And how much rating should i target for sem1 and sem 2 ,

Also should i continue doing CF or should i start Leetcode,
