Both of us losing our jobs, bank refinancing resale HDB loan in 9 months..

As per the title states. Both of us will be losing our jobs soon as my boss has decided to close down the company. We will need to refinance our HDB loan (approx 275k left) next July. We went with bank loan as home loan interest rates dropped significant 4 years ago.

If neither of us gains full time employment by then and we show that we have enough in CPF OA to cover almost 80% of the remaining loan, will it be an issue to refinance with the same bank or with other banks? Looking for others who were ever in the same predicament. TIA!
