Should I kick my only non-alt member before taking a long break?

Discussion

I have a pretty unusual situation.

I own a one-man clan with 17 accounts. Sixteen of them are mine, and there's only one real player who's been with me for over six months.

We barely chat. The only real conversation we had was when he first joined and I asked where he was from. Since then, he just quietly plays:

  • Almost always maxes Clan Games (usually the first to hit 10,000 points).
  • Does Raid Weekends consistently.
  • Joins wars most of the time (maybe misses around 20%).
  • Requests donations and just minds his own business.

He joined when he was TH7, and now he's around TH12/13, all while staying in my clan.

The problem is that I'm planning to uninstall Clash of Clans for a while**,** possibly months or even years. I know I'll come back eventually, but if I'm inactive long enough, leadership will likely transfer to him.

Part of me wants to remove him before I leave because this is basically my personal clan with 16 of my own accounts. But another part of me feels guilty because he's been nothing but loyal and active.

What would you do in my situation? Leave him and trust him with leadership if it transfers, or explain the situation and remove him before taking a break?

Btw I startes this clan 5 years ago as a onr man clan with 5v5 wars until I made more alts and made it to 16accs, doing 15v15 wars by myself until he joined.

Clan is level 10, with 90% wr
