How do you manage fibromyalgia pain?

I’ve been having so much pain….none of the pain killers seem to work. Oh, but I take Pregabalin for cervical nerve compression issue occasionally…. Which I guess is same as Lyrica? It is prescribed by my ortho since last few years so I take it when pain is too much. I feel like the fibromyalgia pain gets better quite a bit for a short while; but if I take it for consecutive days the pain returns… Maybe the body adapts to it? So I’ve never taken it for long only when required.

I do hot compression and lots of pain ointments and all but it just doesn’t help.

I also have autoimmune along with fibromyalgia. The fibromyalgia’s been there for lot longer though….

What works for you? Any suggestions pls?
