Imp Msg via St Broseph Community - STOP BUYING ILLEGAL DRUGS IN BENGALURU
*STOP BUYING ILLEGAL DRUGS IN BENGALURU (Important Announcement):*
Hey guys, in light of some MAJOR crackdowns happening all across Bengaluru right now, I just wanted to come out here and tell all of you to *stop buying illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia in Bengaluru, and socialising with drug peddlers / users / dealers for any reason whatsoever*. This also includes the usage of E-Cigarettes, which are illegal here and can get you into a lot of trouble.
Enquiring about buying drugs, attempting to buy them, and selling / sharing them with others are *all 100% illegal* under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act in India. The Bengaluru police run very frequent crackdowns on drug dealers, suppliers, and producers, and their customers routinely get swept up in these investigations as well.
What generally happens is that a dealer / peddler gets caught, and in exchange for being let go, they give up the names of some of their clients to the police. The names given up are usually of people who work good jobs or come from well-to-do families. Corrupt officials and peddlers both know that these people can pay bribes to get out of trouble, so such individuals get targeted first.
Demands for massive bribes follow (I know people who've paid Rs. 10-20 Lakhs), and *even after paying, FIRs / cases still get registered in many cases.* Countless lives, families, and futures have been completely ruined this way.
An FIR by itself is devastating for your life and career, since almost ALL job opportunities, passports, visas, etc. get affected by it. A drug-related FIR is one of the worst kinds to have, since there's very little tolerance for it almost anywhere in the world. So if you care about your future, just don't get into any of this to begin with.
The safest thing to do is stay 100% out of trouble. *Do not socialise with drug peddlers or dealers in any way, don't even contact them.* Stay away from any "friends" who buy or use illegal drugs, and definitely don't do anything yourself.
If you've spoken with or dealt with a drug dealer in the past, I strongly suggest you sever all ties with them, block them, and never deal with them again. If you're genuinely curious to experiment, save up and move to a country where it's legal. But while you're here, please follow the laws of this country, for your own sake and for the sake of your future.
Do forward this message to anyone you know who might benefit from this. If you guys have any questions about any of this, please DM me on +91 6363799599 (St. Broseph).
Thanks for reading!
