Thinking about moving from Greece to Denmark to study – looking for honest advice

Question

I’m from Greece, and I’ve been thinking a lot about moving to Denmark for my studies. The more I read about the country and the universities, the more interested I become, but I also know that what you read online isn’t always the same as real life.
I’d love to hear from people who have actually studied in Denmark or are studying there now.
A little about me: I’m currently studying Economics in Greece, but I’m considering applying for a bachelor’s in Denmark, mainly in Business, Economics, International Business, or something similar. I’m an EU citizen, my high school diploma grade is **18.5/20**, and I will get the IELTS in the next months .
The universities I’m looking at the most are **CBS** and **SDU**, but I’m open to hearing about others too.
I guess what I’m really wondering is:
Is studying in Denmark actually worth it?
How competitive are universities like CBS and SDU?
Is there anything I can do before applying that would genuinely improve my chances like personal projects, volunteering, internships, or online courses ?
Do you think I would have a realistic chance of getting accepted in any university ?
I’m trying to make the best decision for my future, so I’d really appreciate honest opinions—both the good and the bad. If you’ve been in a similar situation, I’d love to hear your experience.
