company doesnt have hmo, what is the best healthcard?

hello, i will be having my first job soon however, my company doesn't have an hmo. i am planning to get a health card for my parents:

• maxicare prima elite - senior citizen dad
• maxicare prima access - mom

this will cost me 2500 a month (oki lang naman sa akin), or is there a better healthcard than this? btw walkable ang medicard sa location namin pero malapit lang din ang maxicare\

need opinions pls hehe
