BIO AND CHEM FULL what should i do...

hello! i am an incoming freshman and aiming for medschool. majoring in health sciences. since bio and chemistry are full my advisor put me in A & P 1 + lab online. is this a huge setback? how many electives can i stuff into with a & p? i have accepted my fate and will take bio 1 and chem spring semester but how do i make the most out of my fall semester now? also, for context, majority of my gen-eds are covered with ap/dual so i am technically a registered sophomore/junior. thank you!
