**Disclaimer :** This isnt miracle hair growth treatment or substitute for medical care. If you are experiencing significant hair loss or scalp condition, please see a dermatologist 🤧. Current evidence for homemade rosemary water is limited, so im only sharing my personal experience.🐥

**Why i started:** i previously had used wishcare hair growth serum and had good experience. I could see baby hairs growing. However whenever i stopped using it i felt my hair fall/ shedding more so i ended up repurchasing it.
Also noticed that many of new hair seemed quite fine and devloped split ends. I cant say serum was the reason for that since my overall hair quality wasnt great back then.

At that time i was also using rosemary hair oil but since oil isnt practical for daily use, so decided to try rosemary water instead. 😌

**Recipie :** i make a fresh batch and store it in fridge for around a week.

I bought dried rosemary leaves from amazon the bottle came free with it which helps with application. I add 2 cloves , few curry leaves, fenugreek seeds , hibiscus flower ( i take from puja ghar 🌸) bring this to a boil lowest heat for around 15 min and let it cool down and store away.

**Smell :** i personally love the smell of this whole thing ..very herbal tea sort of frag ..after application it doesnt overpower or stay ..feels very relaxing to me. 🫠

**How i use :** Mostly i use this the second day of hair wash at night for 3-4 nights a week ( Twice hair wash per week ) . Since this is a water doesnt make my scalp oily or greasy ..but gets slightly coated or soft cause of hibiscus ig.

(if you have oily scalp maybe use less or just as pre wash treatment. Have read people using as last rinse after shampoo but i prefer daily application for me. )

Also i made a ritual/habit around this ..that could be whats helping more . I just apply this on entire scalp and rub in with fingers first then i use the scalp massager and take a walk for 10-15 min after dinner. It feels relaxing and also maybe helping with scalp circulation. Then i just brush and go in with night skincare.

**Changes i saw:** i noticed less shedding over time during daily brushing my hair and on hair wash day. Also more baby hairs around my temples. My hairline appears a bit fuller now. Not sure if its only because of rosemary water though.

Overall its inexpensive and relaxing to use and ig its working so far. Of course this is just my personal experience and not proof it will work same for everyone.

Would love to hear if there are any diy that worked for your hair. 🙌
