Im i really cooked if im have way through my degree without knowing how to code?

Im doing a bachelors in computer engineering with a focus on robotics.

Long story short, i had a crappy C++ professor that skipped 2 weeks worth of class. When he came back he taught us all of what we missed in 1 day. Last I remember he taught us was vectors.

I guess im wondering if typically people at this point in their degrees are expected to know how to code well, or if we are expected to only know C++?
