New player advice for a seasoned d2/3 player?

Greetings. I finally bought the game yesterday. I have played a lot of d2 and d3 before and also other arpgs so Im not a complete noob.

I havent looked up any builds or anything, just running around with my rogue spamming hungering arrow and barrage and pretending it's d3 again, but I guess it doesn't matter that much until endgame anyway.

Any advice you would like to give me? Like things you wish you knew yourself when you started, those sort of things?

Enjoying the gane so far and only lv24, in the "base game".

Looking forward for some epic things from you seasoned veterans!
