Vit ap ece vlsi vs iiit manipur ece( vlsi+ embedded)

Hello

Please help me I will confused with these to colleges and what to choose

let me introduce myself

I am getting a VLSI in ECS seat in VIT AP and also I got mock allotment in IIIT Manipur in ECE with specialisation in British systems

However I am seeing some concerns about negative of VIT ap but moreover that the further more distress in the students of iiit Manipur there are many factors to since it is Manipur,so not safe

However I don't have measure concerns for placement since I am most preparing for GATE exam

Which will be more better college for me to study and get a better rank in GATE ECE
