Post build anti static question

Hello everyone i was just wandering if there are any signs to look out for with the whole frying components shenanigans after completing your build.

I didnt use an anti static wrist band when building and tought touching the case should be enough. Ive been using the pc no proglem for like 2 months now, does it mean im clear? Or is there any test i can do to make sure every component is fine?
