book where guy, her best friend, i believe his name began with a C? or H? white man who works as a bartender and now has tattoos and is nicknamed maybe himeros by the fmc who is now roomates with him they were childhood best friends but then enemies now friends and she sings at the bar, and theres also elements of a murder mystery in there. he has a younger brother and she has a younger sister. she was disowned by her family. i believe she was south asian or armenian or something. the first chapter was her sleeping with him when she was tipsy and she said another guy's name, which is why they stopped being friends. i think she had an abortion in the story or previous pregnancy, but shes back in town now and needs a place to stay so stas with mmc.
