My game is just completely bugged when trying to use astrolabes...

At the start of the league I did incarnation of neglect with a friend of mine before I finished eagons quest then went and did the invites solo to get my voidstone (still not having done the memory tear).

Ive been ignoring it ever since, I usually mostly do bossing heisting and the league mechanic nothing that needed an astrolabe rn but decided to try out breach strat again for this league, tried applying my astrolabe and it told me i dont have the quest state.. I remembered I had the thread on my atlas so I went and did it and... nothing. Still cant access it for some reason, my quest state just says talk to eagon to apply astrolabe and when i click memory tear it says i dont have the quest state required same when trying to apply the astrolabe.

The courtyard of wasting boss just dropped a grasping (no echo i went vack and checked like 3 times just incase i somehow missed it lol) and its just not letting me use it or do anything with it. I tried buying a different tear (and astrolabe) and it did not work, I did neglect again and it also did not work. im not sure what im exactly missing here ive never had a problem like this before. I swapped to my other char to try and access it and it also did not work

If anyone has any idea of this bug or how to fix it pls let me know!!
