MCAS ( Mast Cell Activation Syndrome)?

hey all - just gauging to see if anyone has had any weird things happening to them while taking auvelity.

the auvelity works wonders on my mental health - took two pills until april then went down to 1 pill due to side effects, but i am noticing these weird physical symptoms lately…

for starters, i am on a glp-1 (since march 2025) and i am taking one pill of auvelity (been on it since october) and i have random stuff happening recently - ive had two episodes of histamine flareups after eating 1 piece of fried food and is inconsistent (this has NEVER happened to me in my life before).

also, i am 39 and have noticed a change in my menstrual pattern - my pmdd is almost nonexistent (which is a giant plus in my book) but my cycle is different - could be perimenopause but who knows.

also, i have a “heat rash” (itchy hive like looking) that hasn’t gone away in two days (also abnormal for me and it’s def not my psoriasis).

i was recently on concerta for my adhd but have since taken a break - but as of right now, i am not on any medication except the glp-1 and the auvelity.

im just so confused and at a a loss. anyone else experiencing weirdness like this??
