Question on Malodraxian standard

I'm currently running an Emperor's Shield/ Vengeful host list with 10x assault terminators. Vengeful host because it gives access to take and hold.

One 10 man terminator squad is led by Lysander.

The other 10 man I'm split between a terminator captain for the free start and charge bonuses or an ancient with the Malodraxian standard for -1 to wound if Strength >Toughness

Has anyone had experience with either?
