Seat question Lufthansa A321

What kind of configuration is this? Booked Lufthansa LH2100 MUC-HAJ (part of a bigger itinerary) in September. In the app it says Operated by Lufthansa, yet at the same time Operated by a different airline. A321.

My (free) seat reservation was changed to seat 11F for some reason. It looks like there are just two seats in front of me, then emergency exit, then two premium seats. The seat next to me (middle) is selectable free of charge, 11A-D cost 36 EUR, but I guess because they have more legroom? Is this one of those dreaded 'no window' seats or is something else going on there? Why has Lufthansa moved me, without letting me know? Note: just curiosity. It's a 1h flight after all.
