VAC Bangalore 10th July biometric

Anybody who had biometrics on 10th of July got their visa yet?? Bangalore vfs, study APS visa type !!

These ppl seem to be picking random dates for processing. I have lost the count to number of theories I have heard on this by now !!

Wanted to know if it’s wise to contact the consulate via contact form after hitting the one month mark from the biometric date?? Has anyone done that so far and heard back anything useful or are we flagged for contacting them?? (Had this doubt since I have been told by vfs to not try to contact them)
