Continuing Mounjaro treatment as an international student in London

Hey all! I'm supposed to start my studies in Hillingdon soon, and I was wondering if you guys could give me some info from personal experience. I recently started Mounjaro in my country, which costs around €310 for a Kwik pen with 4 doses of 5mg each.

I was wondering what the costs are like in the UK instead? I have a prescription for it (written in Italian, not English), and I was wondering if that would be okay to buy Mounjaro with or if I would need to get a doctor's prescription there too. I have also seen people buying it online. Is it cheaper there or in person at pharmacies?
