Spiraling over STUPID BULLSHIT

Went to get my split ends trimmed. I've been growing my hair out after having shoulder length hair for a while. But instead of trimming my split end, the hairdresser takes off 4 inches of hair???? Now it's shorter than shoulder length?? WTF??? I did not have five fucking inches of split ends!!!! I've been pissed and I keep waiting for myself to get over it but I CAN'T. Why doesn't anybody listen to me or what I want??? I can't even get a fucking hairdresser to do what I ask!!!! I'm going to bash my head against the wall!!! I hate how short hair looks on me!!!!
