Mentor time zone scheduling

Hi everyone! My first term “officially” started aug 1 but my mentor wouldn’t schedule a registering appointment with me until today, Monday. She sent me the invite via email so it’s scheduled in my outlook calendar, but she is on MDT and I’m EST- in my outlook calendar it’s scheduled for 1:30PM but it doesn’t say if that’s my local time or hers. Has anyone had this experience and how can I figure out if it’s my local time? TIA! (Yes, I could ask but I’ve sent her so many emails I don’t want to be a bother)
