a safe way to pay in kurdistan, iq

hi everybody, i live iraqi kurdistan and I'm trying to build some very privacy based setup for which i will definitely need mullvad, now i have been looking the methods of which i could pay. i do have a master card bank credit. but it is obviously not a safe way to pay for the service as the government and the big brother can easily link the purchase back to my real identity.

so i have also looked into crypto currency but I haven't found any decent service where i can buy crypto here, so i don't really know what to do. do you guys have any recommendations?
