Amazon interview registration showing another person’s PAN and email—but my phone number and assessment video. Has this happened to anyone?

Hi everyone,
I recently attended a virtual interview for an Amazon L3 Seller Partner Support role, and something really strange happened.
During the verification process, the recruiter told me that on her system, my registration was showing:
Another candidate’s photo
Another candidate’s PAN card number
Another candidate’s email address
However:
My own mobile number was showing correctly.
The assessment video was clearly me taking the assessment.
Both the recruiter and I were confused. She said it was only visible on her system.
I never shared my login credentials with anyone, and I filled out my application myself. I’m trying to understand how something like this could happen.
Has anyone experienced anything similar during Amazon’s hiring process or with another company’s recruitment portal?
Could this simply be a backend/system glitch or a data-mapping issue, or is there any other possible explanation? I’m a bit worried about whether this could affect my application or background verification.
I’d really appreciate hearing if anyone has seen something like this before or knows what might cause it.
