[OoT] I wish there was a mod to cel shade Ocarina of Time like Wind Waker

I'm replaying Ocarina of Time with some graphic mods to turn it into 3ds style, but it feels so off to play a low poly game with a lot of hd textures.

I tought it would be awesome to bring that unique style of Wind Waker to Ocarina of Time, with a cartoony texture and cel shading. It matches so much to the low poly, and also it could bring an unique atmosphere.

What do you guys think of my idea? Someone already did this?
