Nest Hub

Hi, I'm early in my degoogleing, looking into a bunch of different options. My question is I have a nest Hub, can I do anything with it after I'm done degoogleing? Is there a way to reprogram it or jail break it into something useful? It doesn't need to be a smart home device anymore. I'm happy with a blue tooth speaker or a scrolling picture frame. I've had no luck digging up info on it. Any options you guys know of?
