French readers wanted for Light Bringer terminology and style feedback [French below]

Hi everyone,

I have been working on a personal, non-commercial French translation and editorial project for Light Bringer.

My goal is to preserve Pierce Brown’s distinct narrative voices while remaining consistent with the terminology, names and stylistic choices established by Hélène Lenoir in the official French translations of the previous novels.

Approximately half of the novel has now been translated and reviewed chapter by chapter. Every section is checked against the English text and the previous French books, particularly for character voices, titles, ranks, ship names, idioms and recurring quotations.

I am looking for French-speaking readers who know the saga well and would enjoy discussing these choices and offering careful editorial feedback publicly.
For example, should new ship names remain in English when no official French precedent exists? How should the voices of Darrow, Lysander, Virginia and Lyria differ in French? Which established terms absolutely need to be preserved?
This thread is only about translation choices, consistency and literary discussion.

Je travaille depuis quelque temps sur un projet personnel et non commercial de traduction et de révision française de Light Bringer.

Mon objectif est de préserver les différentes voix narratives de Pierce Brown tout en respectant la terminologie, les noms et les choix stylistiques établis par Hélène Lenoir dans les traductions françaises officielles des romans précédents.

Environ la moitié du roman est désormais traduite et relue chapitre par chapitre. Chaque passage est confronté au texte anglais et aux précédents tomes français, notamment pour les voix des personnages, les titres, les grades, les noms de vaisseaux, les expressions et les citations récurrentes.
Je recherche donc des lecteurs francophones qui connaissent bien la saga et qui aimeraient discuter de ces choix et apporter un regard éditorial attentif, publiquement.

Par exemple, faut-il conserver en anglais les nouveaux noms de vaisseaux lorsqu’aucun précédent français n’existe ? Comment différencier en français les voix de Darrow, Lysandre, Virginia et Lyria ? Quels termes établis dans les traductions officielles doivent absolument être préservés ?
