Yendo saying my card is active but I rejected their offer

Why the heck did I wake up to Yendo saying they shipped my card. I’ve never sent them my title. I am trying to figure out what is going on. I was in some deep crap and thought I wanted a title loan that was months ago until I realized that was a horrible IDEA . I am way better financially now and never mailed them my title.
Yendo kept blowing my phone up a few weeks ago , saying that I never moved forward with sending my title. I told them I did not want to do it . I requested them to delete my account . From what I see , the account was never deleted . This is actually weird as heck. Has anyone experienced this? I am going to call them before I go to work later on and see what is going on because this is just weird .
