How to deal with this

stuck in plat/emrlad elo

im a fiora one trick and i play jax on the side i win like 70% of my lanes because in this elo range chmap players are dogshit , and darius + garen players think they can just walk and stat check u to death , and they dont expect the early damage a fiora can deal

heres my problem , i love split pushing , but my team wont allow me to do this , they will force 4v5 fights even when theres no dragon or a baron , i will get flamed if i split push and get stoped by 3 guys despite killing 1 in return and wasting times , i feel like i have to do a lot to win , i have to win lane , help bot lane becuase its a coin flip in this elo , and eat pressure in side while praying my team wont int on a mid wave

so top laners tell me , should i just switch to an other Team fight champ and just perma fight with the team no matter what ? any high elo toplaner that could shar and advice or 2 ?
