New player friendly or not?

Hi,

how come every squad I join I get kicked?

I have asked what role they would prefer me to play, I have talked I have not talked I have followed and not followed, I’m new to squad but not mill sim, I have tried diff servers different times of day and only once have I not got kicked and no one was talking, am I missing something? or is this so anti new player friendly? because if this is what it is like for everyone than I’m sure the player base will die with out new players right?
