What are people’s experiences with Latuda (Lurasidone) and weight loss?

I started on 20mg at the same time as weight loss and it was going great I lost 2.5kgs but then I increased dose to 40mg and I have plateaued and its been several weeks now. I see comments on other posts and it’s mixed. Some people seem to lose weight, some people are not gaining but struggle to lose and some people are gaining.

I was on risperidone and paliperidone before and I notice the difference completely. I put on 20 pounds. When I was on risperidone I struggled with food noise and it was so hard to stay in a calorie deficit but now that im on latuda im managing a calorie deficit fine but I’ve just noticed recently that the weight loss has significantly slowed. I notice that on all the drugs including latuda my digestion slows and im constipated. Do you guys notice that your digestion slows? Physiologically whats happening on Latuda for you that explains why you may be experiencing gain or loss? For my personally i think all the antipsychotics slow down my digestion which affects my ability to lose weight.
