Shameless self-promo

Tagged as self-promo because that's exactly what this is. I built the thing, I own it, and I'm the one who answers the support messages. Now that that's out of the way.

I've spent the last stretch building ManageYourGym. It exists because almost every owner I spoke to was running the business on a register at the front desk, a WhatsApp group, and one spreadsheet that only one person actually understood. That holds up fine until you cross a hundred members, and then you start losing renewals you never even knew were due.

The part that matters most: you stop chasing people.

Every gym I've seen loses money in the same place. Someone's membership is about to expire, nobody notices, they drift, and by the time you think to call them they've already joined the place down the road. Most software "helps" with this by giving you a list of who to call. That's still your evening gone.

This doesn't give you a list. It sends the follow-ups itself. Renewal reminders, dues reminders, birthday messages, win-backs for members who've gone quiet, all going out on a schedule you set once. Over WhatsApp, email, and push notifications to their phone. You don't press anything. You don't open the app. You just see the renewals come in.

You can still fire off a one-off message whenever you want, to a filtered group, like everyone whose membership expired last month.

It's built for people who don't like software. That's not a slogan, here's what it means in practice:

  • You don't type in your members one by one. Upload the Excel sheet you already keep and it pulls them in.
  • No hardware to install. No turnstiles, no card readers, no wiring. Attendance runs off a QR code.
  • Your front desk staff get their own login that shows members and check-ins but not your revenue. So you're not training anyone on a system, and you're not showing them your numbers either.
  • Works on a phone. There's an Android app for you and a separate one for your members.

What it handles day to day:

Members and plans. Records, membership plans, join and expiry dates, pause or freeze a membership, and a clear view of who lapsed this week.

Money. Record payments, generate invoices, track dues, and see revenue broken down by where it actually came from.

Attendance. QR check-in at the desk, or members checking themselves in from their phone. Live occupancy so you can see how full the floor is right now.

Retention. It flags members who've quietly stopped turning up, which is usually exactly who you're about to lose. Members see their own attendance streaks in their app, which pulls some of them back in on its own.

Staff and trainers. Trainer profiles, attendance, salary records, and personal training packages tracked separately from regular memberships.

The rest. Class booking and schedules, multiple branches under one account, and a simple public page for your gym if you don't have a website.

The offer, and how to get it:

2 months free. Full access, not a crippled trial tier. No card required.

DM me to claim it. I'm deliberately not dropping a signup link, because I'd rather do this properly. Message me and I'll get on a call, show you the thing working, and then actually set your gym up with you. Your plans, your member list imported off your spreadsheet, your reminders configured. You should be running on it by the end of that call, not staring at an empty dashboard wondering where to start.

Two months later, if you don't want it, walk away and I'll delete your data on request. If you do want it, plans start at $29/month for up to 150 members.

Things I'd rather tell you now than have you find on day three:

  • Android apps are on the Play Store. iOS isn't out yet.
  • In-app member payments run over UPI, so that one feature is India-only for now. Everywhere else you'd still record payments in the system, you'd just collect them however you already do.
  • No integration with access-control hardware.
  • I'm a small operation. Support is fast and I'll genuinely build what you ask for, but I'm not a company with a 24/7 call centre.

The honest reason I'm posting isn't signups. I want a handful of owners using it hard enough to tell me what's broken. If you try it and tell me it sucks and exactly why, that's worth more to me than a quiet subscription.

DM me and I'll get you set up. Happy to answer questions in the replies too, including from people with zero intention of using it.
