I've genuinely forgotten how sirius and remus are meant to act in canon.

This might be an unpopular opinion, but I hate the fanon version of Remus and Sirius. The femme, sweet Sirius and the rough, bad-boy-type Remus. No criticism of you personally if you like that sort of thing!

But the problem is that, in my hunt for well-characterised content or discussions about them, I've actually FORGOTTEN how they're meant to act/behave/look.

Has anyone read the books recently and could share how they behave?
