Anything else I should set up?

Hi,

Recently I finally decided to start using stremio and I set up stremio using torbox with torrentio and mediafusion as a backup. First of all, I've seen people using AIOstreams or whatever but is there actually any need for any of this or am I good with what I have right now? I'm very new to all of this as I was torrenting directly before so would appreciate any suggestion you guys have.
