Crashing when enabling EXPO

I’ve recently built a system, which runs stably when EXPO is off, but when I turn it on it will boot into windows 11 but will crash within 10 mins due to a pan list corruption.

My system is
9800x3d
Kingston fury beast 32GB cl36 6000
Asus x870i
850w platinum PSU

I’ve tried both EXPO I and II, I’ve also tried bringing the FCLK up to 2000mhz to match the ram speed.

I’ve also just tried setting the ram speed to 5600 and the FCLK to auto to see if it works at the 9800’s advertised max memory controller speed.

Google is telling me that a 9800x3d at 6000 should be totally fine, but all the posts are just talking about CL30 - would CL36 be what’s causing this issue?

What else should I try tweaking as I’m on the edge of returning the ram and just going with a different stick at this point.
