RE: Nicola Sturgeon on Andy Burnham

I was doomscrolling last night and came across that video on tiktok, I downloaded and decided to post it. I thought it would be an interesting discussion and perspective. I went back to tiktok and forgot about it.

I never even got to write a comment before going to sleep.

I wake up and there are hundreds of comments, I was not at all expecting that. The thread is now locked too.

The comments she made were very tame, I do not understand why it created such a reaction overnight but I think this is broader problem with brigading to the subreddit. It happens so often (even see the thread of the poor woman who was killed in Greece which is not locked) but I think this showed that quite bluntly.

I don't know what the solution is but clearly the way the algorithm works is harming the subreddit imo.
