Interesting question about scribing cantrips to scroll

especially for warlocks, let's say the PC has agonizing blast and repelling blast, and he scribes a scroll of eldritch blast, when another PC succeeds at casting attacking with that scroll, does the cantrip retain the eldritch invocations properties?
