Fatal error on startup

Regardless of what i do, when i start the game, it crashes on "connecting" with a "Fatal error!" UE popup. The Unreal engine logo goes for more than minute as well.

None of the "solutions" had any impact, still the same.

I know my rx 570 4gb and amd fx-6300, 16gb ram are more than ten years old easily, but it would be the first and only game that isn't working. :\
