I’ve worn press on for a week and my nails were slightly green 😬

Idk what I’ve done incorrectly 😓
I’ve used solid glue with uv cure and cured them for 3 mins each. They also fell at some point. What can I do so it doesn’t happen again?
I filed my nails and put tea tree oil on them
