Am I Overthinking or Are These Red Flags?

I'm in a relationship from the last 4 months.

She is good. She says she loves me (I don't know). Before we got into the relationship, she used to give me a lot of time, and even for the first 15–20 days of the relationship. Then she started giving me less time. Now she gives me only 2–3 hours a day at most, whereas she used to give me much more time before.

She also has many guy friends, and I don't like it. I don't know if it's because I don't have any girl friends, because I have very little female contact, or because I'm from a rural area, or if it's completely normal. Some of them are very close to her. She doesn't talk to them regularly or on a daily basis, but I still don't like that she has so many guy friends. It makes me jealous. I know she's friendly, and she says they're like her brothers, but I still don't like it.

The last thing is that when I'm in the mood and ask her to show me something on a video call or send me a photo, she says no, even after 4 months of being in a relationship. She has seen mine. She had sent her nudes to her ex within the first 1–2 months of their relationship, and she also sent them to her senior just because she liked him. She even kissed her friend because they got very close within one month, but she has refused to kiss me even after 4 months of our relationship.

I don't know if I'm overthinking, being insecure, or if my feelings are valid. I just want honest opinions.
