25th May interview, no update yet — friends got rejection in July. Does silence = rejected?

Interviewed for a Prime role in Bangalore on 25th May. It's been 2+ months. Some friends from the same batch got rejection mails in July — I've gotten nothing, no update either way. No one in my batch has an offer letter yet.

Does this pattern usually mean rejection, or does TCS sometimes delay updates for some candidates? Anyone been through this?
