Is 30 LPA is too much of an ask for 3 YOE?

Hi all,

I used to work at a big MNC making 20 LPA. I did some DSA and SD grind back then. Now I quit my job, and it's been four months. I asked for 30, and I got a lot of rejections.

Now I'm not sure if that's a good ask or not. Or should I stick with the same package?

Could use some suggestions.
