Why are 10th boards so overhyped
I realy don't understand y everyone treats 10th boards like it's the biggest exam of your life
I already know I want to take Commerce with Maths I like Math Eco and even Phy but I have almost no interest in Hindi or most of SST. Still I have to spend hours memorizing things just because 'marks matter'
WHY?
If someone already knows what they want to study why should they be judged by subjects they don't even want in the future?
The weirdest thing is that everyone says 10th marks don't matter after some time then why does everyone act like getting less than 90% means your life is finished?
Sometimes it feels like boards are less about learning and more about making parents schools and relatives happy
I honestly don't see why I should spend weeks memorizing Hindi chapters or History answers when I know I'll probably never use them again.
Maybe I'm missing something, but 10th boards feel way more hyped than they should be.
Am I the only one who thinks this?
