Optimal Speed for efficiency?

In ICE cars it is normally said that the optimal speed for efficiency is 90 km/h so you go fast enough and use little fuel and you get a low consumption per 100 km.

What is that optimal speed for EVs? With the wind drag and assuming only 1 gear (let's leave Porsche and Mercedez out of this) what would be the sweet spot for efficiency?
