I have been accepted to kinizhi dorm. The deposit deadline is 24.08. However, I have received a letter "the processing of the collective accounts retransfer items will be suspended between 30.07.2026. and 23.08.2026". Can someone clarify, if I send the deposit in the given period, would it be eligible?
