Starting tretinoin

I had twenty bad acne back in 2020 and my dermatologist recommended differin, which made all the difference. I also had acne last year and have since been using differin on and off.

Now I am thinking about using tretinoin for mostly anti aging.

Should I give a break in the middle or just starting using it twice a week?
