Text messaging stopped working over Sync? (2024 Maverick)

I usually use Android Auto, so I don't know when this broke, but I noticed that text messages are no longer coming through the Sync display (no visual or audio notification).

I can view texts, but it only shows me texts from like a day ago.

My phone (Pixel 6) settings show that the Maverick is allowed to access texts.

I checked for Sync updates. It was up to date.

I tried restarting my phone. No change.

I tried removing the truck from my phone Bluetooth, removing my phone from Sync, and repairing. No change.

I tried a soft reset of Sync (hold power and forward). No change.

I tried a factory/master reset of Sync. No change.

I can live without it by using Android Auto, but it would be nice to know it works.
