PSVita GTA:SA ReFlow 2.1 Version Glitch

So Ive been completing story modr and got stuck on Cesar Vialpando mission where you have to bump to the rythym. Ive not had any problems on PC version, always completing the mission on the first try, however, playing PSVita port(which I loved immensely up until this mission) like 40% of the inputs just straight up wont register causing me to be penalized, and inable to complete the mission as I wouldn't score enough points. Ive tried multiple things, such as reducing graphic qualities, turning on frame limiter to have stable frames which didnt help, and also trying to remap controls on the games engine just wouldnt do anything, the controls would stick to default. I really love this game and wanna complete it again on this console, but it's impossible due to this glitch. Please help!
