Pregnancy and isotretinoin

Hello,
I am a 38-year-old woman, currently pregnant with my third child. I found out I was pregnant at 5 weeks of gestation.
During the pregnancy (on day 3 and day 10 after conception), I took one 10 mg capsule of isotretinoin on each of those days, for a total of two capsules.
I have received differing opinions from genetic specialists and doctors. Some say that taking only two capsules so early in pregnancy is unlikely to be significant, while others believe there is still a high risk of birth defects and neurodevelopmental disorders.
What are your experiences and opinions on this situation?
