Been referred to my hospital endocrinology team

Received a text today to tell me that I have an appointment on Wednesday with the endocrinologist (didn’t know about this) and looking back through my notes it’s due to have significantly raised prolactin levels (5000 odd). I am on an antipsychotic that my psychiatrist thought may have been causing it, so I decided to stop taking it (levels came down to 800 odd) but my GP has still referred me. I also have some other vitamin deficiencies. Could this just be caused by medication and nothing else?
